Terms and Conditions.
These terms apply to services provided by Vendidit and to participation in the Vendidit Technology Partner Program, except where a signed agreement provides otherwise.
Engagements
Services are provided under a statement of work or order that describes scope, deliverables, fees and term. Where these terms and a signed agreement conflict, the signed agreement governs.
Customer responsibilities
Customers provide timely access to the information, systems and personnel needed to perform the services, and are responsible for the accuracy of data they supply.
Data
Customer data remains the property of the customer. Vendidit processes it only to provide the services and as described in the Privacy Policy and the applicable agreement.
Partner program
Participation in the partner program is subject to acceptance, to the program requirements published on the partner program page, and to a partner agreement.
Confidentiality
Each party protects the other's confidential information with the same care it applies to its own, and uses it only for the engagement.
Term and termination
Either party may terminate for material breach on written notice where the breach is not cured within thirty days. Fees for services performed remain payable.
