Accountability for every physical asset the mission depends on.

Federal organizations hold more physical property than any enterprise, and account for it with processes designed for a different era. Vendidit applies computer vision and workflow AI to the record itself, so that property is identified, verified and dispositioned on evidence rather than assertion.

Property accountability is a records problem before it is a technology problem.

Most property systems record what was entered, not what is true. A serial number typed years ago says nothing about the condition of the asset today, whether it has been altered, or whether it is where the record says it is.

The platform closes that gap with a photograph. Identity, condition and location are captured at the point of contact and bound to the existing record, so the system of record becomes a system of evidence.

Where the technology changes the work

Four applications.

01

Property accountability and audit

Photographic capture at receipt, transfer and inventory. Every record carries evidence of identity and condition, and audits reconcile against images rather than spreadsheets.

02

Verification of physical condition over time

Re-capture an asset and the platform reports whether it has changed. Applicable to equipment, infrastructure components and any item whose integrity matters.

03

Custody and chain of record

Serial, custodian and location bound to each capture. Transfers are recorded as events with evidence attached.

04

Surplus, reutilization and disposition

When an asset leaves service, the platform identifies it, values it and routes it to reutilization, sale or disposal under the applicable rules.

Stakeholders and outcomes.

03 Audit and inspection Reconciliation without a physical count → Images and events replace attestations Track
04 Disposal and reutilization Maximum recovery, minimum handling → Identification and valuation at the point of release Sell
