Blind returns, multi client inventory and disposition, inside the warehouse you already run.

A third party logistics provider serves hundreds of clients under one roof, and receives returns for all of them without a record for most. Vendidit identifies each item, matches it to a client, and dispositions it by that client's rules, inside the existing operation.

A blind return is an item that costs money until someone can say what it is and whose it is.

Client returns arrive without the client's system knowing, are handled manually until they can be identified, and are shelved when they cannot. The provider absorbs the labor and, often, the item.

The platform identifies the item from a photograph, matches it to the client and the order, applies that client's disposition rules, and records the outcome so the provider can bill the work and return the recovery.

Where the technology changes the work

Four applications.

01

Blind return identification

A photograph identifies the item and matches it to a client and an order, so the return is recorded, billed and dispositioned rather than shelved.

02

Multi client disposition

Each client's rules applied automatically, restock, return to vendor, resale, donation or disposal, with the outcome returned to the client.

03

Consignment and recovery

Inventory the client would rather not take back is sold through the channel with the highest recovery, on the provider's floor, with proceeds returned by rule.

04

Item level warehouse operations

Receipt, put away, tasking and shipment at item level for the returns and recovery operation, alongside the existing warehouse management system.
