A photograph is sufficient to identify an item, assess its condition and return a value. The engine has been trained on the categories that move through returns, claims, surplus and resale, and it improves with every capture an organization makes.
Every capture is bound to a serial number, a custodian and a location. A later capture of the same asset reports whether it has changed, so the record becomes evidence rather than assertion.
For every item the platform determines the outcome that recovers the most value under the applicable rules, whether that is reissue, repair, resale through a specific channel, donation or disposal.
